Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Options and Rates

Vinvinchy offers a range of shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight. Exact shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. International Shipping and Customs
For international shipments, customs fees, import taxes, and other charges may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs clearance and other factors.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at vinvinchy@vinvinchy.com, and we’ll assist you.


Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vinvinchy purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items (unless defective)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at vinvinchy@vinvinchy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our Customer Support team will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at  vinvinchy@vinvinchy.com . Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at vinvinchy@vinvinchy.com . We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
